Path of least resistance

I’m tired after parrying with commenters yesterday when I was supposed to be working on my flashbacks column, so I’m going to buckle down on that and avoid writing anything provocative today.

Let’s just say, Go ‘Bows! … er, Warriors!

d’oh! Come on, Dave! Whats with the grumpy-old-man-Im-tired-bah-humbug bit? Especially when theres just so much to talk about this morning?!

Here. I’ll help you out. 🙂

What did everyone think of those debates last night? Well, actually, it felt less like I was watching a debate and more like I was watching a couple of really good, heated dinner conversations. I liked the intimacy and the intensity of it all. Passionate adjectives for what turned out to be very passionate dialogs. I very much enjoyed both sets of discussions and thought all four candidates were able to hold their own.

Im still voting for Neil and Hanabusa, and I dont suspect this or any other debate is going to change many minds otherwise, but I found these to be the best, most gritty, real, and substantive of the exchanges (that Ive watched, I should say) between candidates thus far.

Thanks for the assist, hipoli. I’m not grumpy, but I’ll cop to old and tired. I agree that debate format comes closest to a conversation and produces the most useful info. I also agree with you that not too many votes are still in flux. I’m ready for my absentee ballot to arrive.
